If the reader is unfamiliar with the concept of NFTs, it stands for non-fungible tokens that are cryptographic assets on a blockchain. They have a unique identification code and metadata which distinguishes them from each other. Therefore, they cannot be replicated. They can also represent real-world items, such as artwork and real estate.

The idea of “tokenizing” these real-world tangible assets helps in the process of buying, selling, and trading them in a more efficient manner while reducing the probability of fraud.
